Peaceful and pleasant farm with lots of lovely Grass Mud Horses. The cafe is friendly and cozy with decent food and drinks. An ideal place to spend an afternoon for a short walk under the sun followed by tea and cake.

Lovely place with good, wholesome food - only knocked down to 4* due to the avocado breakfast bap being a little bland/low seasoning. It was still high quality though! The service was friendly from front of house to chef who delivered the food personally. The coffee was delicious and good choice of alternative milks. After eating, popping out to see the animals, soaking in the details around the renovation of the site and having a nosey at the archeological dig, all elevated the experience. I'd highly recommend visiting here and can't wait to visit again and sample more of the food!

Initially a little difficult to find as the Google pin was over the road (now edited). Overall a pleasant experience. I went on a Monday about midday and had a little difficulty parking my motorcycle as the cafe was busy. I found a spot on the driveway a short walk away. The cafe is fully accessible with three disabled parking spaces, ramp up to the terrace and a wide entrance door. Even though it was busy there were a couple of free tables. The sign said “table service “, but after a bit of a wait I asked at the till. The lady was very helpful and sorted out my order (flat white and lemon drizzle cake) in short order kindly giving me an extra cake as I’d waited. Both coffee and cake were delicious and well presented with proper crockery and cutlery. The cafe is obviously popular with locals and is somewhere they all get together. The atmosphere was quite lively and they have music playing too. Some people were using laptops to work on so obviously suited for that, however I found the mobile data a bit slow on my phone. Customer toilets are available in the adjacent building including a disabled toilet. Additionally there’s a farm shop and a small herd of llamas in the field across from the cafe. Very enjoyable.

We had a great afternoon out with our baby who loved seeing the animals up close. The cafe has a good selection of tasty gluten free/vegan cakes, and the coffee was excellent. The staff were incredibly accommodating - going out of their way to prepare food that our baby could eat too. Will definitely come back!

A lovely barn cafe with outdoor seating. A good selection of food, with vegan main dishes and cake options. Good sized portions served by friendly and efficient staff. The vegan sausage sandwich and toffee biscoff cake were both great It's an easy 40 min walk from The Clumps via the footpaths.

Only just discovered this amazing new cafe and it's an absolute gem. The food is wholesome, healthy and excellent, the staff are fantastic and friendly and the surroundings brilliant. We generally just go for the food but the fields around the cafe are full of characterful alpacas, sheep and horses. A short walk leads you to the most stunning lake full of nature and the Thames is just behind it too. Perfect for coffee, brunch or afternoon cakes or a leisurely stroll among nature and lovely animals. The ice cream is not bad either! Can't wait for our next visit.

Stopped again for cycling coffee, and had a really nice cappachino, & cake - which was amazing. Nice environment, and fun to watch the Alpacas in the adjoining paddock. There's a recently built decking/ seating area immediately outside too. Will definitely be back...

We went to Snug for brunch and had a great time! The llamas were adorable so many of them were out roaming around. I got the whipped egg on toast, which was pretty good, and we also tried the sausage sandwich. Overall, a fun spot with a cozy vibe, good food, and cute animals.
